Betas in the “Step” column represent those yielded for each individual step. PTSD = Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. The “age” variable has ages 11-12 as the reference category. All others are dichotomously coded, with a code of “0” reflecting that the demographic/exposure characteristic was not endorsed by participants and a code of “1” indicating that the characteristic was endorsed. SE = standard error; OR = odds ratio; CI = confidence interval.
