Thiamin effect on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) accumulation in 7-d-old plants treated with paraquat. Hydrogen peroxide measurements were performed on plants grown under the conditions used in Figure 5. Whole plant tissue was subjected to these measurements. Control is 0 μm paraquat and 0 μm thiamin. Values represent means ± sd of three to five independent experiments.
