Ponies were vaccinated with three different antigen combinations, (Trivacc, Pentavacc and Septavacc) followed by challenge with S. equi. Post mortem scoring was performed using a scoring system described in Materials and Methods. Non-vaccinated (open symbols) and vaccinated (closed symbols) for individual ponies and median values are shown. Mann Whitney test was used to calculate significance.
