Genes identified by microarray analysis (Affymetrix GeneChip Microarray 430.2) as most up-regulated or down-regulated following ectopic Sp1 expression in Baf-Sp1 clone 1 (3 independent experiments). Differential gene expression following Sp1 deregulation relative to control was determined using GeneSpring GX 7.3 statistical analysis module ANOVA.
