Effects of chronic cocaine injections on ASIC protein expression in the CPu in vivo. (A) Chronic cocaine injections increase ASIC1 expression in the CPu. (B) Chronic cocaine injections had no effect on ASIC2 expression in the CPu. Representative immunoblots of ASIC and actin are shown left to the quantification of immunoblot results.
