C5.18 cells were transfected with 1μg pCRE-luc and 0.1 μg SV40 renilla luciferase 24 h after plating and co-transfected with either control vector (left and middle bars) or pFC-PKA (right bar). Twenty-four hours later, cultures were treated with control medium (left and right bars) or 1 μM PGE2 (middle bar). Forty-eight hours post-transfection, luciferase activity was measured, and normalized using SV40 renilla luciferase activity. Asterisk denotes p≤0.05 with comparisons made to the untreated control (left bar).
