Splenocytes in Balb/c mice are able to produce non-specific antibodies after GalXM immunization. ELISA spot assay shows the average number of antibody producing cells against IgM or IgG in Balb/c after injection of 20 μg of GalXM, and PBS. The results are after 10 days of treatment. The mice were boosted with 0.5 μg of GalXM at day 8. n = 5 mice per group.
