Molecular phylogenetic analysis of WOcauB2 and WOcauB3 on the basis of ORF7 sequences. In addition to our sequences, 80 ORF7 sequences from 39 insect species were retrieved from the databases and subjected to analysis. A neighbor-joining tree inferred from 85 aligned amino acid sites is shown. Bootstrap values higher than 50% are shown at the nodes. The scientific name of the host insect, acronym for the sequence/Wolbachia/WO phage strain, and sequence accession number are indicated.
