Peritoneal macrophages (1 × 106 macrophages) from B6 mice and CCR5−/− mice were incubated for 24 h with 25 or 50 μg/ml of GST, TgCyp18, or MTgCyp18; 1 μM cyclosporine (CsA); or 10 ng/ml LPS, and supernatants were collected for analysis of NO production. Each value represents the mean ± the standard deviation of data from triplicate samples. The results are representative of two repeated experiments with similar results.
