BTV2at NS2 expression in cDCs in lymph nodes. Five days after the intradermal injection of BTV2at, lymph node sections were processed for detection of NS2 (green), cDC (CD1 and CD11c) and T-cell (CD4 or γ/δ) markers (red), and DAPI staining (blue). Cells colabeled for NS2 and the DC markers appear in yellow. Two sheep were used (45 and 69) and gave similar results.
