ESD normalized to the prescription BED in an HDR boost, averaged over nine patients, and plotted against the value of α∕β ratio. For each α∕β ratio the physical dose prescription was recomputed to match BED=36 Gy, and the ESD was recomputed using the modified dose prescription.
