A) 2-DE analysis of total secreted proteins of S2LS3 cells after 7 days of cultivation. Separation was performed in 1^st dimension at pH 3-10 and in 2^nd dimension with 11.25 % acrylamide. After staining with CBB over 60 spots were detectable. B) Enlarged view of marked region from 2-D gel of secreted proteins from S2LS3 cells.
