BP, blood pressure; IMP, impulses; SAR activity; Paw, airway pressure. Arrows denote start and end of injection time. Note that the SAR activity ceased after injection of lidocaine into the right ventricle but not the left ventricle. On the other hand, blood pressure decreased earlier in response to the left than to the right injection.
