Interaction of hRFC and DYNLRB1 in vivo: mammalian 2-hybrid luciferase assay. Plasmids were transfected along with the pG5luc vector into HeLa S3 cells. Cells were lysed after 48 h of transfection, and Renilla-normalized Firefly luciferase activity was determined by using the dual luciferase assay system.
