DYNLRB1 coimmunoprecipitates with hRFC from human intestinal epithelial Caco-2 cells. Anti-FLAG M2 affinity gel was incubated with Caco-2 cell extracts prepared from pFLAG-CMV-2-hRFC transfected or nontransfected (negative control) cells.
