A, comparison of the effects of three different siRNA sequences that target FOXO3a on mRNA expression levels of FOXO3a, TNFR2, and TNFR2. These results were highly significant (p < 0.05) for both the FOXO3a and TNFR2 mRNA with the exception of “D” in the TNFR2 group. There was no reduction in FOXO3a expression on TNFR1 expression.
