Quantitative assessment showed that with IRON CNR markedly increased in paraaortic lymph nodes after 24 hours (*P < 0.01 vs. baseline) and remained high up to 3 days after MION-47 injection (*P < 0.01 vs. baseline). In the aorta, CNR was high 24 hours after MION-47 administration (#P < 0.01 vs. baseline) but returned to baseline after 3 days (P = NS vs. baseline).
