The bar graphs represent means±S.E. (n=3). (B) Serum-depleted cells (grown in 0.5% FBS-DMEM) were stimulated with 100 µM resveratrol treatment for 24 h. After the cells were lysed, proteins in the cell lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE, electrotransferred to PVDF membranes and immunoblotted with caspase-3 antibodies.
