The impact of l-Phe on intact PTH secretion from normal and adenomatous parathyroid cells. The panels demonstrate the effects of step-wise increases in l-Phe concentration for normal (A) and adenomatous (B) parathyroid cells at a Ca2+o concentration of 1.0 mm.
