Immunoblot of the NK3 receptor antiserum in HEK-293T NK3 transfected cells. Cultured HEK-293T cells were transfected or not (NT) with either the empty vector pcDNA3.1 (Vector) or the pcDNA3.1-based NK3R expression vector (pcDNA-NK3R). Only the pcDNA-NK3R cells (third column) display a single immunoblot band around 70 kDa. The positive control α-β-Actin shows a single band in NT, Vector and pcDNA-NK3R cells.
