Parent education level was coded as follows: 4 = completed grade 12; 5 = completed 1 to 3 years of college; 6 = completed 4 year college; 7 = University /graduate school. Data were available for parents of 202 of the 209 participants; using the most recent information available. Mother's education level was used except for one household headed by a single-parent father.
Based on all four subtests of the Wechsler Abbreviated Scale of Intelligence (WASI), administered one time (Year 04), except for one child whose score was based on 2 subtests of the WASI administered in Year 03.
