Tq dose-dependently reduces the intrinsic activity of MCP-1 promoter. HS766T cells were transfected with luciferase-labelled MCP-1 promoter. Relative luciferase activity was calculated after deduction of the activity levels with pGL3 vector alone. Results represent mean ± standard error of the mean of triplicate determinations.
