(a) TSC2^−/− or TSC2^+/+ MEFs were incubated in complete medium with 10 µM perhexiline, 10 µM niclosamide, 3 µM rottlerin, 50 µM amiodarone, DMSO for 4 h or 100 nM rapamycin for 2 h. (b) TSC2^−/− or TSC2^+/+ MEFs were incubated in duplicate in complete medium with 4 µM rottlerin for 1 h, 100 nM rapamycin or DMSO for 30 min.
