The effect of tetracaine on caffeine (caf)-induced Ca2+ release. Representative experiments demonstrating contraction (A) and Ca2+ signaling (B) of airway SMCs induced by repetitive exposure to 20 mM caffeine in the presence of 50 μM tetracaine are shown.
