Genus: Henipavirus
Hendra virus G EphrinB2 and B3
Nipah virus G EphrinB2 and B3
*

The H protein of measles virus mediates binding to either CD46 or CD150 (SLAM) [1721].

EphrinB2 and ephrinB3, ligands for the Eph family of receptor tyrosine kinases, have been identified as cellular receptors recognized by the G glycoproteins of Hendra and Nipah [2426].

G: Glycoprotein; H: Hemagglutinin; HN: Hemagglutinin–neuraminidase; SLAM: Signaling lymphocyte-activation molecule.
