(A) Upper panel: The DNA end-binding complex and whole lysates from RCTL-2 and Rp53KO-2 were subjected to Western using anti-hnRNP G. Lower panel: The complex and whole lysates were resolved in an SDS-PAGE and then stained with Coomassie blue. (B) Western analysis of hnRNP G in NHOK, two control RKO clones (RCTL-1 and -2) and two p53 knockdown RKO clones (Rp53KO-1, and -2). Membrane stained with Ponceau-S to serves as the internal control to account for the loading error.
