DNA damage in lungs of C57BL/6J mice intratracheally instilled with particles. DNA damage was measured by comet assay. Male mice were treated at a dose of 0.2 mg per animal of particles, and mice were sacrificed 3 hr after particle administrations. The values represent the mean of five animals ± SE.
