BMD = bone mineral density, BV/TV= volume fraction, Tb.N = trabecular number, Tb.Sp = trabecular separation, Tb.Th/Tb.Sp = slenderness ration, SMI = structure model index, Conn. D. = connectivity density, and DA = degree of anisotropy. BMD and BMDTissue were measured on the total volume and bone tissue volume, respectively.
