Cells were harvested at the indicated time points, DNA extracted and QXL-PCR performed. The lesion frequencies were determined as described in Materials and Methods and data expressed as percentage repair of the initial DNA damage. A) MMS-induced DNA damage and repair at 0.5, 1, 3, and 6 h post-treatment; B) etoposide-induced DNA damage and repair at 0.5, 3, 6, 24 and 48 h post-treatment and C) UV-induced DNA damage and repair at 0.5, 1, 3 and 6 h post-treatment.
