Vinflunine-induced DNA fragmentation in P388 cells. 14C-prelabelled thymidine P388 cells were exposed either to 0.1–0.5 μM vinflunine for 24 h (A) or to 0.3 μM vinflunine for 3 to 24 h (B). Vinflunine-induced fragmented DNA was measured using the intact chromatin precipitation assay, as described in Materials and methods. Results are expressed as means from triplicates, with the associated standard error of the estimate of the mean value (s.e.m.).
