HUVECs were transiently transfected with control siRNA (con) or JAGGED1-specific siRNA (JAG1). HDFNs were added, cocultured for 48 hours, and the cells separated by Dynabeads for analysis. (A) Western blot to confirm knockdown of JAGGED1 protein in HUVECs. (B) Western blot for NOTCH3 protein expression.
