(A) Wild-type (WT) cells (lanes 1 to 4) and TbGPI12 null (Null) cells (lanes 5 to 8) were labeled with [¹⁴C]proline for 2 and 20 h, and their corresponding cell lysates and culture supernatants (SN) were immunoprecipitated with anti-EP antibody and analyzed by SDS-PAGE and fluorography.
