KB cells were cultured in the presence or absence of daunorubicin, PMX, RTX, LMX, and compound 3 for 24 hours. Cells were trypsinized, stained with annexin V-FITC kit, and analyzed by flow cytometry for annexin V staining as a measure of apoptosis.
