Table 2. Microsatellite analysis.

Total mutation frequencies were determined using unique mouse mononucleotide microsatellite markers A33 and L24375 (A23). The total number of mutant size variant alleles divided by the total number of alleles is shown for each microsatellite marker. We compared the mutation frequency in colonic tumor DNA from Giα2-/-, Mlh3-/- Pms2-/-or normal wildtype tissue among pairs of genotypes. A Fisher's Exact Test determined statistically significant differences. * Considered significant when compared to Wildtype controls; P<0.0001.
