(B) Responsiveness to TLR ligands was probed by stimulating with either LPS (1 μg/mL) or flagellin (1 μg/mL) and quantified by measuring the induction of CD83 and CD86 mRNA after 24 hours stimulation in organ culture. Results are shown as percent of control.
