Standard errors from six replicates (3 independent biological × 2 technical replicates) are shown in parentheses. Metabolites have been sorted into classes and ordered from highest increase to greatest decrease. Metabolites annotated with single asterisks have been identified from database searches; double asterisks indicate identification from spectral analysis; all other metabolites have been identified from retention time and spectral profiles of pre-run standards.
