RT-PCR analysis of PBPs, GOBPs, and CSP genes in antennae of late pupae (day -3, and day -2) and newly emerged adults (day 0) as indicated on the top of the gels as -3, -2, and 0, respectively. Due to unusually high RNAse activity it was not possible to generate cDNA templates for day -1, and despite considerable efforts there was a fluctuation in cDNA amounts, as indicated by actin detection.
