HIF-1α, positive nuclear staining (brown) was most intense in control tumors, less so in the low- and significantly less in high dose treatment groups. CA IX and pimonidazole were significantly lowered in low and high treatment groups. These photomicrographs are representative of results obtained from five to six animals in each group.
