Hemagglutination with simian papovavirus SA12.

Abstract

Simian papovavirus SA12 agglutinated human, guinea pig, and chicken erythrocytes. SA12 hemagglutinin was most effectively released from debris of infected tissue culture cells at an alkaline pH.
