MicroCT analyses of bone indices were performed within a 1 mm VOI adjacent to the growth plate (number of animals per group are indicated in parenthesis next to groupings). Values for PBS and C4-2 injected tibiae are expressed as %change of index over time of injected tibiae for each animal group. All values are expressed as mean±s.e. Statistical significance was determined using Student’s t-test as follows. Values were determined by comparing the mean difference (C4-2-PBS control) in increase over time. P1=two-tailed t-test for paired samples (C4-2 vs PBS control, same group), P2=two-tailed t-test (C4-2 — PBS control) of αvβ3 (—) group vs the specified group (C4-2 — PBS control)
