Leukemia cells undergoing SP600125-induced G2/M arrest, endoreduplication, and delayed apoptosis. (A) Cells were plated at 5 × 104 cells/ml and treated with 20 µM SP600125 for 72 h. (B) Exponentially growing cells were grown in different concentrations of SP600125 for 48 h. The cell cycle distribution was analyzed by flow cytometry. Cells were harvested and 10,000 events were analyzed for each sample. The DNA content is represented on the x-axis and the number of cells counted is represented on the y-axis.
