(b, c) Accumulation of transgenic (TG) T helper type 1 (Th1) or wild-type (WT) Th1 cells (n = 8 per group from two independent experiments) within footpads injected with ovalbumin (OVA)_323–339 (OVAp)/incomplete Freund’s adjuvant (IFA) or phosphate-buffered saline (PBS)/IFA. TG Th1 or WT Th1 cells were differentially labelled with ⁵¹chromium and ¹¹¹indium.
