Histological analyses of lung tissue from mice transgenic for lung-targeted expression of the cRaf-1 protein. Lung tissue from a 12-month-old SP-C-c-Raf mouse were sectioned at 10 µm, fixed in methanol/acetig acid and stained with H&E. We detected multiple foci of adenocarcinoma.
