pGAD424 contains the activation domain of GAL4 (AD) while pGBT-9 contains its DNA-binding domain (BD). shAtIPS1: truncated form of AtIPS1 lacking its first 146 amino-acids, flAtIPS1: full length AtIPS1 protein. ATXR5Δex2 is encoded by a splicing variant of ATXR5 and lacks its PCNA binding domain [7].
