Gonadotropin subunit and GnRH-R expression during the perinatal period in male rats. Pituitary RNA from E19 and PN1 male rats was used for qRT-PCR to determine the relative mRNA levels of FSHβ (A), GnRH-R (B), LHβ (C), and αGSU (D).
