After 3 days of co-culture with differentially treated PDC, T cell proliferation was measured by MLR. PDC were co-cultured with T cells at PDC/T cell ratios of 1:10, 1:100 and 1:1000. The incorporation of (3H)thymidine of proliferating T cells was indicated as counts per minute (cpm) on the y-axis. Average data from 6 independent experiments were shown. Error bars indicate SEM.
