Plotted is the mean (±s.e.m.) level of SBDPs in the injured cortex for each group. TBI caused significant increase in both 145 and 150 SBDPs in vehicle-treated animals, and treatment with either 10 mg/kg of NIM811 or 20 mg/kg of CsA significantly ameliorated α-spectrin breakdown.
