Table 1.
Resource files used in this work. This table describes the resource files which contain the orthology information used in this work. For each resource, the name of the files used, their size and version is displayed. These files contain the data that has been integrated in OGO. The file structure of each resource is different. For instance, Homologene has only one file, whereas Inparanoid has 595. Hence, different processing mechanisms are needed for each resource.
