X-band EPR spectra of M98L and native amicyanins. Spectra of the reconstituted native (A) and M98L (B) amicyanins were recorded in 10 mM potassium phosphate, pH 7.4, plus 5% glycerol. The spectra were obtained from an average of three scans at 20 K with 0.2 mW microwave power and 3 G values modulation amplitude. The principle g values are indicated.
