Delayed HS administration facilitates the removal of tissue-associated CXC chemokines and resolution of neutrophilic inflammation. (A) Sdc1−/− mice were injected intraperitoneally with or without 50 μg HS/mouse at 10 hours after LPS, and tissue samples were analyzed at 40 hours after LPS. Tissues levels of KC and MIP-2 were determined by ELISA (n = 5).
